Lee David (L.D.) Arrington, Sr., who went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2021, was fond of animals, especially his cats, and was proud to be a founding donor of both Freedom’s Last Chance and the Franklin County Humane Adoption Center where the “Cat Room” was named in his honor.
