Free Spay & Neuter Voucher Program for cats and dogs of Franklin County, Va. Funding for this program is made possible from donations, fundraisers, and Grants. We believe that Spay & Neuter saves lives!

Pet Food Assistance Program

The Pet Food Program Assistance Program is designed to help residents in the community who are need of assistance in feeding their animals due to hardship. This program relies solely on donations and charitable contributions.
